Biggest Loser DVD ?

Quick question, I just finished my first night of working out to the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout DVD and I'm wondering how I should catogorize it under my exercise. Should it be under aerobics, high intensity or circuit training? Thanks for the help in advance!

I put it under circuit training... It said I burned about 250... Which seems about right, probably more since it is go go go! I don't know about you, but I was sweating buckets with it.0

i log it under circuit training but if you want to know the exact or aprox. i'd buy a hrm. I did and i was burning more calories than i truely thought.0
