Circulation problems?!

Quick question! Since starting to work out I have noticed that my extremeties get colder much quicker than before, i understand this is probab;y normal as I have shed a few layers of insulation. But over the last week or two it has noticeably cooled down here in Mb and I have stepped up my workouts. I have not lost anymore weight but I seem to be getting colder, and I don't account it to the weather as I am inside most of the time... Any suggestions for something to keep the hands and feet warm?! I have thought about starting to do body breaks like do 20 jumping jacks with my students (elementary school teacher) but yeah! Food exercises that may help and suggestions are more than welcome!!!

Add layers. Or put on a hat. A beret does wonders. Why be cold?0
