Hello Everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sarah and my friend Lindy was the one that really pushed me to start doing something. I just joined this site about 10 minutes ago.

    I am glad you joined :) YOu are one of the bestest friends I have! I want us to be the little old ladies dancing or playing cards enjoying life because we made our selves healthy!! I know I know I will dance while you laugh haha WE can do this and I am super excited! We just have to stick together and be strong!

    Thank you Lindy Lou. You are the bestest friend I have and I know if we stay strong and away from our high fat foods we love, (Olive Garden, Chinese), LOL... I know we can do this we just have to take it one step at a time and make it count.

    If you have android or an iphone download the MFP app. i absolutely love it and it does save lots of time.
