    dls06, sorry they didn't work out for you. I used all the liquid and baked for the low end (15 min) and they were perfect. When I first took them out I actually thought I over baked them, but they were fine.

    sweetNsassy, 1/3 cup of egg beaters equals 2-3 egg whites......I googled it so if someone has a more correct answer feel free to post.
