Stop going to posts that are clearly labeled as such. Women have cycles. It's a fact of life. You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have the facts of life.

i always knew that i was bloated during mtotm, but now i'm watching my weight on a scale.. i've observed that i've gained as much as 6 lbs.. it shows up a couple days before it actually starts, and usually hangs around til the 4th day or so. i continue to work out as long as im not too uncomfortable, and a couple days after it stops completely my weight drops back down, and even 1 or 2 lbs less then when i started. i can accept it as a fact of life... and do what i can to stay healthy and sane through it, but it still sucks!! i don't do my monthly weigh in til i'm at least 3 days totally off it.
