This meal is great for those who are in a low cab diet and not count calories.

Calories 364 Fiber 15g Protein 30g Carbs 22g

1 Carb Balance Flour Tortillas
1 thin Onion slice
1 Tsp (3g) - Garlic
1 slice Red Tomato
1 Romaine, Outer Leaf
Marie Calendar's - Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, 1 tbsp
Pork Tenderloin, Baked, 4oz
1/2 Sliced mushrooms

I use cooking spray to sautee mushrooms, onions and garlic together. Pork was baked and sliced thin. Wrap it all together, and enjoy :)
