I do one body part a day i.e.
Tuesdays: Biceps and Legs
Wed: Triceps and wrists
Thu: Shoulders
Fri: Chest
Sat: Back
Sun: Mixed
Should I do weights daily or alternate days? I have heard benefits of both. Pl enlighten!!

Nah. You can lift everyday. I start big and go backwards.
Monday: quads
Tuesday: back
Wednesday: chest
Thursday: hamstrings and shoulders
Friday: arms0 -
I work and workout at a bootcamp. As long as you are not training one area two consecutive days in a row you are fine. We do Chest/tris(usually when you work your chest your tris are working too), legs and shoulders, back/bis(again when you do back biceps are usually included), then we do leg and shoulders again. One leg day is endurance, the other is strengthening. What your doing isn't a problem.0
