lost 2 lbs in a day???????

Yesterday morning I was a certain weight. This morning I woke up 2 lbs lighter.

I ate well yesterday (about 1700 calories), workout out, relaxed in the hot tub, etc.

Was that all water weight?

Isn't that big of a loss in a day kind of insane?

    Water weight.
  • yeah its water. you may have been holding on to some cuz of soduim intake or you sweated it out in the tub or you drank a bunch of water and flushed it out or you are on a pill of some kind or your cycle. dont panic! lol

    You shouldn't weigh yourself every day. You should weigh yourself once per week on the same day of the week, same time of day, and in the same amount of clothing or nude. Cheers.
