I took a day off recently and before I could relax it turned into two days and the third was a chore to get back at it.....

a real good way to stay on anything is to -:

1. Start a habit
"They" say if you do something for at least 21 days, it becomes a habit. That's exactly what living a fit lifestyle is all about, creating a habit. Get on a regular schedule for going to the gym and don't allow anything to stand in your way. Before long, you will be on autopilot and feeling better then you have in ages. Don't worry, this is one habit that doesn't need to be broken.

:flowerforyou: Sounds like you needed the break, though.
