Bad Midnight Habits

Okay, so here is my porblem. My boyrfriend and I work second shift so we have a horrible habit of eating after we get off of work. (11pm-12am) Then, we go to bed. I know that it is super bad for you and your body will store all that fat while you sleep but I just can't seem to cut the habit!! I'm not actually hungry. Some nights I am but most nights I'm not. It's just a horrible habit and I need to fix it. Any suggestions?

    This is a myth.

    Unless it puts you over your caloric goals for the day, there's nothing to worry about.
  • popsicles....and lots of water...and agreed...you do not have to worry unless you go over your calorie limit..:)
