Hi, I've been on MFP for a while (stopping and starting a bit too much for my liking but determined to stick with it this time!!). I seem to always be over my sugar goal due to the amount of fruit that I am eating (with an apple having 19g, and orange 12g etc and my daily goal being 24g) and just wanted to know how other people stick to it/what foods you are eating?

I would love to now the answer to this too, 2 pieces of fruit a day and that's it your over!
  • Fruit sugars are way better choices then refined sugars from desserts or candy...I wouldn't freak over that, but watch the amount of sugars in your breads, pastas, premade sauces those sorts of things :) Oh and Low Fat or Non fat options for things often have more sugar then the actual regular choices and sometimes the calories between them are not worth all that sugar...just eat the fat :P
