I put this combination together last night and its so good I think I burned off the calories orgasming...

Tesco Whole Foods - Luxury Fruit and Nut Mix, 25 g 117 Cal, 3g protein
Fage (Uk) - Total 0% Fat Free Authentic Greek Yogurt, 50 g 29 Cal 5g Protein
Groovy Food Company - Agave Nectar, 9.2 gram 1tsp 27Cal (no protein)

Total 173Cal 8g Protein

(Note: I'm on maintenance / do a lot of exercise but want to eat healthy calories... I know 173 is on the high side for most dieters BUT its filling and tastes like heaven - and its still less than a bar of chocolate)

  • I nearly had that exact breakfast this morning! But i'd run out of the fruit and nut mix, i use their 'Nutty Breakfast Topper' but only about 1/4 of the reccomended servings.
It's YUMMM with fage and agave

For those of us not in the UK, what's in the fruit and nuts mix? :)

I must add that I'm delighted to have a Dr Who fan and a super-fit dancer as the two people who commented on this post :)
