Lean Gains via Martin Berkhan
I have been doing IF since May. I am basicly in a weight loss stage trying to get body fat as low as I can.
Something that he never really divulges is macronutrients/cals for a specific person. Obviously. Unless you consult with him.
So my question is what is my true cal number for myself???
I am basicly taking in 1942 cals per day. Roughly burning 1250 (absolutely more) a week so that number is really 1763. I am losing weight because of my deficit but does anyone know the real formula that he uses?
Just wondering what his matrix is.
Thanks
