When I walked into work this morning at 6:45, the overnight security guard told me that I looked different. He asked if I had lost weight. I said that I had and he said that I am looking good! It's not much, but it was a great way to start my day...expecially since today is weigh in ; )
I hope everyone has a NSV today...you deserve it!
