Huge, Healthy, Blueberry Protein Pancake (Edit post)

Heat pan on Med/high while mixing...

3 egg whites

34 grams Quinoa Flakes (you can use oats too)
lots of shakes of Cinnamon

Capful of Vanilla

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

5 Grams slivered Almonds or seeds(if you like crunch)

add olive oil to pan(or spray).

Mix and add to pan to make one GIANT pancake.

Top with Real Maple Syrup or a Source yogurt for less calories.

Healthy and will keep you full for hours.
This is a versatile recipe that I use all the time. The basics are to start with the egg whites (from eggs, the carton of whites do not make it fluffy) and add the oats(quinoa) and go from there.
The protein and carb combo keeps me full for hours.
