hey guys , lately ive been using sweet n low in place of regular sugar . I heard its not the best atifical sweetner out there. I dont use much of it tho , just in my coffee , tea , a sprinkle on cherrios , etc . is stevia more natural / better for you than sweet n low ? Anyone have any good sweetner suggestions ?

stevia is good. Try the one they have in grocery stores, Truvia but be careful, it's really sweet.
Agave is good for cold items but in hot it loses it's sweetness.0 -
I like Truvia. Its supposedly "better" than Sweet 'n Low (used to use that on everything) and its more of the texture of real sugar. It is sweet, though, you don't need much.0

I like truvia and the sun crystals just fine, I HATE splenda I don't so the draw and the after taste is awful, maybe it's just me. If I were you I'd pop over to a coffee shop and grab a few samples to test at home0
