This really inspired me ..
This is a photo of a 250lb woman and a 125lb woman .
It shows that the 250lb woman has a lot of fat not only under the skin but around some of her organs and around her heart .
Getting in shape is not only to look good , its to BE healthier .

I couldn't see the picture but you are correct, healthy is the best reward for losing weight. But keep in mind that a 125 lb person can also have fat around their organs if they are eating unhealthy foods. Thin is not a prescription for health, it's just one component.0
