Hello everyone,

I had a baby girl 5 weeks ago via c-section. I am now 160 lbs and would love to get to less then my pre-pregnancy weight. 137 lbs is my goal weight. They say it is very hard to lose the bump after the second c- section. I look forward to interacting with everyone during this experience.

  • I have had 3 c-sections... I would love any pointers you have cause it seems impossible to lose. I want a tummy tuck

Welcome and congrats on your new baby!!!

I think you will find this site very useful. I started about a month and a half ago, when the pregnancy weight just wasn't going away (despite nursing). Since using the site, I've dropped 9 lbs, all with slow, gradual changes to eating / activity.

Obviously, I am a mom too (my little boy is 7 1/2 months now). If you'd like some support from fellow moms, check out our group - "The POST-PARTUM PACK". We have weekly posts, and we are always welcoming new members. Just follow the link below to check out our latest thread:

BTW - if you are nursing, you can enter this into your food diary - it will minus a bunch of calories from what you've eaten that day to make sure you are accounting for lactation - just choose the one that is right for you. (I subtract about 300 cals because my guy is starting solids, but to begin it should be more like 500). It took me a while to figure this out when I first joined, and I hated always being over my calorie limit.

    Good luck!!!
