Health Food Store Homemade turkey chili

I just had lunch at a health food store...had turkey chili...awesome but they had no idea on the calories

the MFP chart says 225 calories for 1 and 1/2 cups...that seems really low...any ideas on how many calories in a cup of turkey chili?

    Fresh Direct makes one with 170 calories per cup. It's delicious!
