30 Day Shred..Extra Workouts?

Hello everyone!! I started 30 day shred yesterday and was wondering how many people did extra workouts while doing his dvd? I want to get great results but can i get them with dvd alone?

    I'm doing 30DS and still do lots more exercise every day - usually it's only walking my dogs, but if I have the energy, I do another exercise DVD in the afternoon! Glutton for punishment I guess!

    I do multiple extra workouts each day. For me the videos are not enough. So I do 30DS and a cardio in the morning and in the evening I do shred it with weights and a cardio at night. :-)

    If you are just starting with exercise, I would recommend only doing the 30DS for a while and then slowly add in more workouts.

    I do an extra cardio workout or a yoga session. Two a days are great at taking the weight off fast. Just don't overdo it. I even do situps and pushups during commercials when I watch TV. As the say goes, "Every little bit helps!"

    I do it as a extra workout, I'm trying to get at least 3 days of it in per week along with my other activities...

    Yeah same, I'm doing 30DS and as a minimum walk my dog for 30-60 min a day, or try to go to the gym for a bit or I'll go to Zimbabwe. (I don't actually go to Zimbabwe, I meant "zumba" but my iPod changed it, this was funny to me)

    Anyways, I know you can definitely get great results with 30DS alone, but these results can be amplified with a little extra cardio each day as well. A 20 minute walk a day can do some pretty amazing stuff!

    I do the 30DS plus other workouts..

    Morning: I follow the beginners side, walk 20 mins and jog stairs for 5mins
    Afternoon: I walk another 20-40 mins
    Evening: I follow the advance side, jog for 20-40mins, and turbojam(sometimes)
