Today I seem really hungry?

I've had 10 really good days eating at the 1200 - 1350 calorie range. I'm losing weight and feeling pretty good. Then today I just seem really hungry (I really haven't had hunger issues so far). Could it be my choice for breakfast? Today I had a light multi-grain english muffin with peanut butter so actually it was almost 315 calories which is about 50 more than most mornings.

from personal experience, that time of month always makes me feel like i've grown an extra stomach. Also, are you drinking enough water? thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Your breakfast seems pretty healthy and filling to me and i don't think 50 extra calories can make that much of a difference. Added stress or lack of sleep can also make a person more hungry.
hope this helps0 -
me too actually. i was only about 100 calories below my goal yesterday but i ate a salad and sandwich for lunch and i think that is why. normally by this time i am ok with some apple slices and low fat string cheese but today i also ate a cereal bar to help a bit. all that and i still have a bunch of calories left for dinner but man! what i would do for a slice of pizza or something. ugh, cant believe i just typed that!!!! :ohwell:0

I try to eat eggs most morings because they stay with you for a long time. to keep from getting hungry I snack most of the day. I have breakfast, then mid morning will eat some cheese and a fruit or veggi. then in the after noon I'll eat a 100 calorie pack of some sort.0

It isn't that time of month but I did stay up late last night to catch the premiere of Lost. That means at least an hour or more less sleep. That is probably it because I drink a ton of water/ green tea and eat ever 3-4 hours.0
