I have the 10 Minute Trainer DVDs and have no idea how many calories to allocate with each session. Anyone have any ideas. I know that by the time I am finished my body sure knows I have complete them. I have just started and don't have a HRM or the funds to send right now.

What kind of moves do you do in this DVD? For example I have one that is 30 mins long and it is broken into sections of skating karate and ballet. So I log 10mins of each.0
