Good Morning from NC. My name is Maria and today is the first day of a new lifestyle for me! After a few weeks of off and on again chest pain I had a visit with my Doctor. I have had Uncontrolable Hypertension for years. Yesterday I ordered to take my blood sugar twice a day for a month, a sleep study to be done in the following week and an increase in my medication. My health is not good and its time for a change. I have to get this weight off. My husband and I have three beautiful children ages 14, 12, 8 whom I homeschool. Thank you all for the support and encouragment.
