Weekly Challenges

Hey everyone, I am going to be setting up a group page on facebook with weekly challenges. I play roller derby so some of the work will have to do with skating, if you are not a skater, I would suggest running or walking instead :) If you do fitness pal and facebook and would like to join my group please let me know or friend me here and we will go from there.

I really enjoy this site but need more motivation and organization to get this weight loss thing going. I believe that support is the key.
