Please share it! I am looking for more new ways to enjoy chicken. For some reason I am not a fan of chicken. It is usually bland, or just not very flavorful. I have tried a number of different recipes and could use some helpful tips. If you have the same issue with not being a huge fan of chicken like me, please feel free to comment!

My favorite is to throw some chicken breasts in a crock pot with some water, milk, and salsa.. let it cook for 6 or more hours.. drain all the liquid then shred the chicken add in a very little water back in.. and add some taco seasoning. Makes great chicken tacos.

I eat a lot of chicken.

I buy the boneless breasts, fry them in coconut oil (or whatever oil you prefer), sprinkle on some garlic powder and Italian seasoning, sometimes use a tablespoon of soy sauce, then stick them in either a spinach or Italian wrap with some spinach, tomato and cheese.

    *drool*

It's super easy (I'm a horrible cook), and takes like 10 minutes.

I just grilled up 40 ounces of it last night. My wife hates chicken but loves how I make it. I don't really do recipes and constantly change what I add but here's how I did it last night and it turned out great!

Fresh cracked pepper, 2 tablespoon olive oil, fresh cracked dried chili pepper, 1/2 cup squeezed lemon juice, clove fresh finely diced garlic, 1/2 bottle worechester sauce, and a cup of raspberry vinegaret, throw in Emeril or similar salt/spice steak rub. Let marinate 2 days in regridgerator.

    Simple and easy:

Chicken Breast cut up into bite size chunks
Put into frying pan you can use a brillo pad on cause you will need it
    Then put in Italian dressing
Fry up until slightly brown :)
This is amazing and very yummy!

search "southwest chicken" on allrecipes.com... i usually spice it up with more garlic, hot pepper flakes, spicy canned tomatoes, and of course you can add more veggies... i also cook rice in the pot with everything to thicken it up. its good on its own or as a tortilla chip dip!

i also do this using sundried tomato salad dressing as a marinade, and do peppers and onions in the pan to make like a stir fry. tastes great on rice!

I love my famous crockpot salsa chicken. Ok, probably not famous, but it is to me

I just put a whole chicken in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Then I shred it and freeze some and the other half I eat on lettuce with lawrys seasoning. It doesn't sound good, but it is, and it's very filling. I have enough for about 6 meals, an then in 2 weeks I'll thaw the rest and eat it again. Not a lot of work, for a lot of food. You cam season the chicken for chicken hot dishes, or tacos, whatever you want. It's a little more fattening than just eating chicken breasts, but much cheaper. I have 5 kids, so I need to be frugal.

Brush chicken pieces with beaten egg. Roll in a mix of coconut flour, unsweetened coconut and spices. Pan fry in coconut oil. It's really good with a honey mustard dipping sauce.

I love making Chicken chili. There are many recipes for it. I can't remember the exact recipes I use (have the pampered chef cookbooks at home) but mine usually has northern beans, chicken broth, jalapeno or poblano peppers, cilantro, chicken, lime juice, and some spices.
  • boneless skinless chicken breast
    chopped onions
    mushrooms
    McCormicks Smokehouse Maple seasoning (YUM!)
    tsp of butter

wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill or placed in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. I never time mine, I just check them periodically!

It is soooooooooo yummy, juicy, and tender! :)

Just made my husband a dinner of lightly breaded chicken that was seasoned and had a small amount of parmesean cheese mixed with the bread mix, brown rice and corn. He was very hungry, and seemed to really enjoy it. I felt like it was a bit salty, but overall I am satisfied with my new chicken adventure. :P
