:happy: MY DAUGHTER INTRODUCED ME TO THIS PROGRAM. SHE WAS SO CONCERNED AABOUT MY WEIGHT AND MY TYPE 2 DIABETIS. A BIG SUP[PPORTER MINE. THE FIRST WEEK I HAVE DROPPED 10 LBS FROM 250 TO 240. RECORDING MY FOOD INTAKE REALLY HELPS AND MAKE BETTER CHOICES. THIS IS SO GREAT. IFEEL BETTER ALREADY.

Yes she is. She is very knowledgeable about food values and how important exercise is. She has loss over 100lbs and is a big advocate about organic foods.etc.0

Yes,most of it was fluid I believe. I know it will slow down for awhile but I am very pleased.0
