    Poor thing! My hubby suffers from that and he has to watch what he eats by avoiding the foods that he knows trigger it. He is a real bear when it is flaring up.

    OMG...my SO gets it too, and the pain and swelling really knock him for a loop. His travels from elbows to ankles and back again. Hope you get to feeling better soon!
