What do I do?? Any suggestions?

Oh, no! :frown: I sprained my ankle this past summer during a group exercise class, and was off it for about 2 weeks on crutches, and then another 4 with minimal workouts. I did a lot of kickboxing with my arms, conditioning, weights, and the best cardio...SWIMMING! It put no pressure on my ankle and I got a great workout! Hope you heal soon! :flowerforyou:0

ouch! try and do everything and anything you can, just off your foot. lots of bench exercises or seated stuff. you have to rest that ankle. but you can still watch your nutrition and also do limited stuff at the gym.0

you can do exercises that don't require you to be on your feet until you heal, focus more on upper body exercises there are lots of them you can do sitting down. I hope you recover quickly.0
