Hello! Happy Wednesday!
I'm Lisa and I'm new to myfitnesspal.com. Trying to lose weight is the story of my life. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of being fluffy, so the fluff must become a thing of the past!! I'm an emotional eater so it is extra hard! But it CAN be done! My goal is to adapt a healthier lifestyle, get off my rear and exercise and lose 55 pounds in the process. Gotta be happy with me before I can excpect anyone else to be. Maybe then I'll find my Prince Charming! And If I don't that's ok too! It's all about being and feeling healthy.

I can totally relate to being an emotional eater. Usually, I tend eat more when I'm angry, and eat way worse when I'm hormonal. I've started substituting in chewing gum, which helps. Good luck with your goals! I definitely wish you all the best!0

Welcome! I used to use this site more but fell away for several months. Rencently hopped back on the track and although I'm not running, I'm walking at a brisk pace!

Welcome! I'm fairly new too, but I'm loving it. You are going to find that this website and ap is the most amazing (diet) ever!!!! That's what I love, it's not a diet, its simply being aware of what we eat and how many calories we burn that honestly keeps me on track!!!!!!!!!!!!! Add me!0
