Progress....

I have only lost 2 pounds and have been doing good for 1 week now. BUT I feel like I am making some good progress! Today I did my Walking Shape Up Workout by Chris Freytag, which by the way I love, and I was able to stretch a little further on my straddle stretch! :) How is everyone else's progress going?

    Progress like that is the best feeling. I'm doing the same with the 30ds. Every little milestone. Wow! Add me if you like.
