and are willing to reciprocate motivation and support as well, feel free to add me. I try to be motivational and supportive to my friends. I'm not looking to friend people with the intention of having a large number. I think that a good MFP support system is helpful for success.

I'm going to add you :) Losing weight is so much easier when you have a good support system. I'm new here, so I haven't really added many friends yet. :)

I will add you as well. I have been on MFP for nearly 8 weeks, but I don't have a ton of time between work and home to spend on here. I do try to comment when I can. 16 down - 58 more to go! It is easier with a support system and although my husband has great intentions, he has an unbelievable metabolism and not the best eating habits. It is hard for him to relate because losing weight is easy for him. Thanks!
  • Great! I think that we can all benefit from this. I know when I see my friends working out, it makes me feel like I need to get myself moving! I always feel better after working out. I also know that we all have our low days, where the couch is our best friend, but we can help one another get back on track. Life is busy, stressful, and lifestyle changes can be difficult to begin. It takes so many days for something to become a habit (or so I"ve heard).

I started MFP about 2 weeks ago and then traveled, blowing everything I started. I'm still trying to find my away around, but am keeping track or my diary. Then, I blew it yesterday. It seems like once I mess up for the day, I manage to keep going down hill. My goal is to lose 40lbs. I'm not in a big hurry, but it has come at the request of my doctor for health reasons and family history. I want to do it, but I need motivation. I work a desk job so I really need to concentrate on my meals and get regular exercise. I appreciate any support I get. I hope I can return the favor too.

This goes for me too! I would love to motivate and support others in reciprocation for some as well! But I know I would be happy just to help others through struggles! Add me if you wish!
