Not enough protien in my diet.

so i've been a vegetarian for 3 years (i drink milk, eat eggs, cheese ect just no meat, including chicken + fish). so i'm not getting enough protein. any suggestions? i live in the dorms and i don't have a microwave (i might buy one this weekend). all i have is a fridge and a coffee maker. i take multivitamins.

You can get a good milk or egg based protein powder at a place like GNC, I add those to my coffee or sugar free hot chocolate in the morning and it's a great way to start the day. Also, Syntrax Nectar is a good one to add to your water (you can find that on Amazon), and they actually taste pretty good (although I have to put mine in a cup with a lid b/c the protein smell gets to me!).0
