Hello ..Hope all is well and you are on your way to a NEW you or a RE-defined you.

Been on here for a little a couple months..i thing this site has really helped me in my goals.

In May i weighed 246 then when I started MFP i was at 240, I had already lost 6 pounds so to date i have lost a total of 31 pounds on my way to what I feel is an ideal weight of 190.

I have been changing my goals every 5 pounds lost and it changes the total Calories that i have to intake, plus all i have been doing is running.

Starting OCT 31 i will begin my weight training program, start out slow and easy.

basically i got tired of being fat and wanted to get down to an ideal weight for my age (43) and begin lifting weights, something that i have missed since high school. Retired from the Navy in 2008 and just took time away from exercising.
