I've never really introduced myself, but i'm amber. i'm 21 and im from louisiana.

i've never been like twiggy skinny, but I always had a nice figure and body weight, but after i had my son, idk what happened. i guess just being home all the time creeped up on me.

i've been on here since may of last year, but i've recently just gotten very serious with losing weight. I'm a stay at home mom and i'm with my son 24/7, so i find exercising to be difficult sometimes. I work out at the most 4 times a week, sometimes less. once in the morning for 30 minutes and then again in the afternoon for about 30-45 minutes. burning about 400-500 calories a day when i do exercise.

Dieting isn't hard for me, but I do have a cheat day on Saturdays. It really helps me not to "be bad" during the week. I want to lose about 80 pounds all together. Idk if weighing 130 is realistic for me, but i want to try. The smallest i've been is 137 and that was in high school.

I know that i can do it, but i just need motivation, and nice friends to help me out along the way. :)
