    It is madness....I'm around 182 now and 5'4 and wear a 16W pants.

    Hey, Lesley - when I started this journey, I was about the same as you............around 180, 5'3" tall, and wore a 16 or 16W pant.

    It's because I carry all my weight around my middle.......my waist, even dropping to 166.5, is still around 35 inches (when I pull that baby tight ;) So, am edging down to 14's, but the waist thing is frustrating. HAVE lost about 3 inches from it, though.............so, I'll get there!!!
