Well, all I know is that I eat fresh fruit everyday that puts me "over" on my daily recommended by MFP. But, I'm still losing. And!!! I'm doing it on 1700 calories a day. I weigh 138 lbs and I'm 5'4".
EVERYONE's body is different!!! Our bodies all respond differently. Also, over time your body will respond differently to the same foods/exercise/habits. Once you think you have it (your body) figured out, that's when you'll realize you have figured out nothing!0
