Pizza late at night?

I know you're allowed to have the occasional treat (and, personally, I think having such treats helps keep people on track), but is having a pizza at around 11pm-12am on Saturday nights, usually after no more than one or two pints of cider, OK as such a treat? Usually, I get either a plain cheese and tomato, although sometimes I will have a seafood pizza (tuna, anchovies and prawns).

If you can afford to indulge in a piece of pizza calorie wise, why not!? Feast away on a slice!

For me, the time does not matter. If I have the calories, whether it is 12am or 12pm, I will eat it. It has not stopped my weight loss at all.

Go for it. I have noticed that pizza for lunch messes with my blood sugar, but I still have it at night.

I usually have a full nine inch pizza and that fills me up enough to stop me eating anything else.

I believe in calorie counting - so if a pizza and 2 pints of cider are under your calorie goal then go ahead!
