This is a great tasting desert I make when I want something sweet.
Take some blueberries. I buy a frozen bags of blueberries from Walmart. That's the cheapest. It's about 8 to 9 dollars for a big bag. After you thaw a small bowl for yourself. I steam a bowl to thaw it faster. Only heat up the blueberries right before they start to get warm. If they get hot, then add some frozen blueberries in the mix to cool them down.
Put Blueberries in a bowl. Add a little Agave sweetner maybe a tablespoon or teaspoon full.. You can buy this at Walmart too. If you don't want the extra sugar then add a few packets of Stevia.
Add some whipped cream to the top. I really load it up to make it like a blueberry pie without the doe.
That's it!!!
Enjoy!

that sounds super good! altough the whipped cream might be a bit high in fat, I like putting them over low-fat frozen yogurt or just fat-free greek style yogurt which is also good. I had pumpkin pie at thanksgiving this year (crazy Canadian here) and I ate the filling and bit of whipped cream but i didn't eat the crust, it was a store bought pie and gods know what they put in the pastry... **shudder** I am making blueberry pancakes for dinner tonight so I should probably get the blueberries outta the freezer...thanks for the reminder!!!0
