Maintenance, loose skin and getting started again

I started on MFP in November 2010, and have lost 115 pounds to date through diet and exercise. Throughout the last year, my skin has seemed to bounce back pretty well from my weight loss. Lately I have been seeing more loose skin than I would like. Do to my crazy schedule over the last couple of months, I have not been doing strength training, and I know that can make a real difference. I am thinking about going to a maintenance level over the holidays, and concentrating on strength training before I lose anymore. Anyone have any experience with this? Did it help to go on maintenance? Was it hard to get going again? Thanks in advance!
