Hello all,

My name is Lexi and I have been on MFP since September 6th(using religiously).

I had great success the first month, but since then I have been at a stall in my weightloss.

You can see all of my goals and such in my signature down below. =]

I have not however been working out/ being super active since I started. With weight loss that has always been my downfall.

I know now that I can no longer lose weight at the rate I wanted to without being more active everyday.

I LOVE the support that everyone here lends and I am looking for a bit more support. =]]] Feel free to add me.


I would first like to ask you all this,

If I kicked up my game on working out would I still be able to make my UGW in the time frame I wanted to??

I am open to any suggestions, my diary is open and I have more info on my profile.
So please let me know any advice you have for me.

    Whether or not you make your UGW by then or not, pumping up the exercise cannot hurt. And hey, even if you DON'T make it but keep on doing what you are doing (only with a bit more exercise) you will be closer than you are today :bigsmile:
