Means you burn 2250 a day so in order to lose 2 pounds per week you must only eat 1250 cals. There is a 1000 cal deficit meaning you are burning 1000 cals more a day then you eat therefore allowing your body to lose 2 pounds per week. its pretty simple once you understand it0
