    1. Herbal teas, jasmine & roibos particularly.
    2. Breakfast oats
    3. Tuna (sure fire way to feel full up)
    4. Diet soda - I know some people are grossly opposed to this but it's a saving grace when I'm out socialising with friends.
    5. My vegetables...I wouldn't want to narrow them down but I love them all and eat vast amounts daily. Favourite to snack on would be cucumber and carrot.
    6. Cream cheese. Great for a cooking sauce, sandwich filling and a dip.
    7. Wholemeal pasta
    8. Oranges
    9. Coffee (my daily few cups)
    10. Hot chocolate - I may never need solid chocolate again so long as this stuff is in supply! : )

    1. Fresh fruit (especially bananas and apples)
    2. Romaine Lettuce
    3. Chicken breast
    4. Unsweetened Almond milk
    5. Salmon
    6. Rye bread
    7. Newman's Own Lite Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
    8. Fresh veggies (celery, cucumber, tomato, peppers, etc.)
    9. Lots and LOTS of water
    10. Green tea - Lots and LOTS

    Stir fry beef (with carrots, broccoli, and portabello mushrooms, sauce is honey, olive oil, braggs liquid aminos and some grated ginger)
    Greek Yogurt
    Eggs
    Baked Chicken (either in just olive oil or sauce, but i always make my own sauce...)
    Spinach Salads with grilled chicken and apples
    Fresh fruit salad (strawberries, grapes, and blueberries)
    Apples or Bananas with peanut butter (organic, not skippy!!)

    and not so healthy, but my go to quick meal is cereal and milk... honey nut cheerios are my weakness.

    My favourites are:

    Proteins: Salmon, Chicken breast, Tinned tuna in olive oil, Hard boiled eggs, Smooth low fat peanut butter, Chickpeas, Butter beans, Roasted almonds
    Vegetables: Asparagus, Broccoli/broccolini, Butternut pumpkin, Sweet potato, Avocado, Salads of any kind
    Fruit: Mango, Strawberry, Banana, Frozen raspberries & blueberries, Tangelo, Melon
    Dairy: Skim lactose free milk, Low fat greek or natural yoghurt, Low fat laughing cow triangles
    Carbs: Be Natural red apple and sultana cereal, 9 grain Vita Wheat crackers, Brown rice
    Other: Dried dates (they're like chocolate to me!), Dried apricots, LSA mix, Honey, Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate, Carmen's muesli bars, Coke zero (once a week only), Olive oil

    1) Oatmeal
    2) Almond milk
    3) Apples
    4) Almond butter
    5) Low-fat cottage cheese
    6) Yogurt (any kind with low sugar)
    7) Goat cheese
    8) All kinds of spices! The no-cal way to make your food taste really good.
    9) Tara Whey packets (my new protein addiction)
    10) Fish
