I'm trying to stay under 1800 sodium. I'm at 1000 right now and have about 800 calories left. If like to have dinner and a snack after I work out tonight.

So, any low sodium dinner ideas?
Carb, sugar, protein, fat amounts dont matter. I'm allergic to fish but can eat anything else!

Sure. Beans and rice. I like to buy both frozen and flavor them with a little Olivio and maybe a bit of McCormick Perfect Pinch Mediterranean Herb (65mg per 1/4 tsp, more than enough to flavor a dish). Comes out to around 400mg, I think. I also like to have a side salad with just vinegar and maybe some ground peppercorn.
