Joined a new boot camp class and decided if Im ay that much for the exercise I need to go all the way and be accountable on the diet side of things too.

    Your nutrition is Number one in weight loss. Fitness is number two. A person could be slim, but still be unhealthy b/c of their diet. I congratulate you for joining MFP. It is a great site with lots of well knowledged people who are more than happy to help you whenever possible.

  • Thank you! i could use all the help that i can get!! i've tried a number of things to lose weight and nothing is seeming to work. I'm hoping this will be what will work for me! Trying to get my husband into it also!
