How would i factor in Ankle/Wrist weights to Log

I usually do belly dancing and salsa while wearing 5lb ankle weights and 2lb wrist weights. how would i add that into my exercise log?

  • Get a heart rate monitor it will enable you to add exactly the right amount of calories you burn.....:wink: Ps. Well done you!! I've been thinking about adding wrist weights to Zumba now I'm finding it easier. Good luck.
