How would i factor in Ankle/Wrist weights to Log

I usually do belly dancing and salsa while wearing 5lb ankle weights and 2lb wrist weights. how would i add that into my exercise log?

Get a heart rate monitor it will enable you to add exactly the right amount of calories you burn..... Ps. Well done you!! I've been thinking about adding wrist weights to Zumba now I'm finding it easier. Good luck.0
