How Often?

Do you take your measurements. Being full on marathon (or half) training, I am trying to not focus on the scale and focus more on how my clothes feel and my measurements.
BUT I am not sure how often to take measurements.

    Never I just go by my clothes.

    not often enough, only about every couple of months

    I personally do it once every 3 months or so. But I do know some people that do 1 month or 2 months and can see results... I just like seeing bigger changes :)

    I never have. I'm thinking about it before I start P90X in a couple of weeks, but when tri season is going on, I only worry about my times and how I feel. The way my clothes fit is a bonus, and what the scale says is all but irrelevant.
