Has anyone heard about Zerona Laser Treatments? I've heard good and bad things, but mostly good. Just curious if anyone has considered it or has had it.
Just in case you haven't heard of it, it's a cold laser treatment where "the lasers painlessly glide over your body" where it "emulsifies adipose tissue so the fat can be eliminated from the body". The before and after pictures look pretty good. You are supposed to lose at least a total of 3 1/2 inches. I know...."no pain, no gain" but I have been working out for 10 months now and really need a little help with the pudge left on my belly.

I'd recommend continuing to use exercise and having a clean diet with a caloric deficit to help with the "pudge left on your belly". Use surgery as a last resort.0

Doesn't work. I had 3 co-workers try it. They lost inches for a few days - a month.
Then right back where they started from.
They all said they could have had the same results fasting.0 -
You've lost 50 pounds doing this the right wayand now you want to this?
Serisouly all it does explode the fat cells so that they can easily move about the body...all that happens is, they recollect. WASTE OF MONEY0 -
Is that where you have to then quickly workout to burn off the 'freed' fat cells?
It's hillarious. I'll flash a torch at you a few times, then work you out, and charge you hundreds for the LED torch treatment I used.0
