Jillian workout - 2weeks new you 30 day shred on demand work

I've just started doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred/2 weeks new you workout. I'm on level one and it's my second day..I just got out of surgery 5 weeks ago so I'm doing it for the first week 3 days..then next week I'll do it every other day...3rd week I'll do it daily..how's this sound? Does anyone else do this workout on demand? What levels are there and what's all the workouts called..what do you guys recommend me doing like as far as building the workout to make it more challenging but not straining myself from having surgery..so im taking it in baby steps...does this workout work for those who've done it? let me know.

    you must get Exercise TV on demand. I just started the 30 day shred on there, I've done it every day since last Saturday. I think it is a good workout and every minute counts in it...and your arms will definitely be sore the next day.:laugh:
