What do you do when you eat something at someone else house and it isn't on the list? Or if you took a few bites of something and didn't like it?

A calorie is a calorie..guesstimate if you have to or just cut back and don't eat your full allotment for the day. Ask any mom...the little extra chicken nugget that your kid didn't eat, the few french fries, the last bite of the ice cream cone....adds up eventually. As the saying goes from your lips to your hips. Every calorie counts. Good Luck on your weight loss journey!

When Guesstimating.. I usually buffer in extra... like "that's probably about 150 calories .... so ill say 200 or 230"

I always allow a margin at the end of my day of around 200 calories, to account for my tea, things i've underestimated, portions slightly bigger, etc.
