Upper body workout without weights?

Hello there.

I was wondering if someone could recommend me some upper body workout routines that don't involve weights (or any equipment in general)

I'm still doing beginner level workout but I've hardly done anything with my upper body.

    U CAN DO UPPER BODY WORKOUTS WITH YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. SITUPS, PULL UPS, CRUNCHES, LIFT UPS WITH YOUR ARMS ON A BENCH OR CHAIR, PUSH UPS, ECT.

    push ups on the ground or standing up against the wall. Work your triceps by dipping in front of a bench with your arms on the bench!! check out some stuff on the internet or youtube!! =)

    Push-ups, pull-ups, and you can fill a gallon milk jug with sand or water to do curls.
  • Leslie Sansone has Walk Fit DVD's and she also includes some upper body work while you are walking in place. It is fun, doesn't require any equipment and can be done in the privacy of your own home. It also works!
  • Phase 1 weight training would consist of light weights. You dont have to lift heavy to weight train. Find a weight that you can lift 20 times.

    pushups,

    pullups Otherwise known as the upper body squat. VERY effective compound exercise. (probably can't do so do negatives, jump up to something and then lower yourself down as slowly as possible).

    Rows: just get something heavy and do a bent over one arm row. object can be anything.

    I use cans of baked beans. They are 28 oz which is almost 2lbs each. I use them during my 30 day shred. Level 2 really works the upper body!
